Good morning from the Baltimore City Sheriff’s Office. The National Weather Service has issued a thunderstorm warning for the Baltimore area for Monday through Wednesday of this week. The thunderstorms will be capable of producing gusty winds and isolated instances of flash flooding. Please take the necessary precautions if you must travel in the area. Have a safe week.

On July 18th, Sheriff Sam Cogen and deputies from the Baltimore City Sheriff’s Office participated in a Community Safety Walk with Waverly Main Street to look at safety concerns in the community. Sheriff Cogen remains committed to hearing what the City’s needs are regarding improving the safety and security of its communities.
