Eviction Scheduling

As a result of the implementation of the Maryland Electronic Courts (MDEC) system, there are technological challenges the Judiciary is experiencing that are disrupting the workflow of case information to the Sheriff’s Office that is impacting our ability to schedule some evictions. Please be aware that this issue is *not* under our control, and if you experience this, please contact Rent Court to get an update on the status of their warrant.
